2The information and documents provided as part of the simplyAssist service are not advice including (without limitation) legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice or medical advice as per our Terms & Conditions.
3The simplyAssist service can be cancelled at any time without notice, so long as there are no outstanding invoice payments, by emailing info@simplyEstate.com.au.
4The relevant individual Checklist and/or Tool will be sent in the respective week where required and the complete suite of Essential Checklists & Tools will not be provided all at once. Should you cancel the simplyAssist service along the way, you will not receive the remaining Checklists & Tools.
5Figures shown are for a Deceased Estate worth $561,636 (Australian average based on HSBC’s global Future of Retirement report) and costs include probate advertising, probate application, general legal advice, various administration costs, conveyancing of one property, tax advice and tax return preparation, and excludes funeral costs.
6The number of weeks the simplyAssist service is offered will depend on how many tasks were already completed and at what point the service starts, and the number of breaks requested. You will only be charged for the weeks required minus any breaks.
7The first payment for four weeks is paid upfront after which four-weekly billing will start from the ninth week until conclusion or cancellation of the service.
